Each app's surface offers unique audiences, in-app user behavior and formats to maximize your chances for a conversion. The specific benefits of each app are detailed below.
App Placements Work the Same Way as Website Placements
App placements mimic our existing recommendation logic for post-purchase website placements. In the same way our recommendation model automatically shows your offer to shoppers checking out across any of our existing 1,000+ brand publishers, it will now have millions more opportunities (ie transactions) to showcase your brand to individuals using these apps.

Are these still "post-purchase" placements? Where in the customer journey will they appear?
- They are all high-intent placements that occur "post transaction." For example, on our wellness app partner, your offers would appear "post-booking" since that's the app's main function. But the premise remains the same - our placements represent high-intent moments when shoppers / users are engaged and open to brand discovery.

- No action needed - all advertisers are automatically opted in. If you have an offer set up, you are eligible to be shown across our app publishers. Our model will only show your brand's offer if that individual is likely to convert - regardless of the surface - website or app.

How does targeting work?
- We use machine learning and AI to find the shoppers most likely to convert for you wherever they are - checking out from a premium brand, waiting for their delivery or after booking wellness services. As always, our models analyze shopper behavior across our network to deliver relevant recommendations at the user-level, not publisher level.
- Example: If Mary is a shopper likely to convert for your brand, our model will showcase your offer wherever Mary is engaging - after checkout on a brand's website or while using a class booking or delivery app. The formats will slightly vary for each surface, but the underlying predictive logic remains the same.

- No - your offer will only display when our model predicts a given individual is likely to convert. We make recommendations at the user-level, not the publisher-level.
