Disco charges for conversions based on a 14-day view or click attribution window.
Conversions are counted from both shoppers' interactions with DiscoFeed itself and any confirmation emails they've received after claiming an offer.
How We Count Conversions
Conversions from DiscoFeed
We consider a conversion to be any shopper who purchases from your brand within 14 days of seeing or clicking on your brand's offer / product images on DiscoFeed.
Conversions from Shopper Confirmation Email
Shoppers receive a confirmation email when they click to claim a brand's offer. This include's the promo code for that offer specifically and additional recommended offers they are likely to be interested in.
If your brand has an offer set up, you may get featured in a confirmation email sent to a shopper for two reasons:
- the shopper clicked to claim YOUR brand's offer on DiscoFeed.
- the shopper clicked to claim ANOTHER brand's offer on DiscoFeed, but your brand was also featured lower down within the email as an additional offer.
We count conversions differently for each of these cases:
Case 1: Your brand was featured because the shopper clicked to claim your offer.

- A view or a click of your brand within the email will count as a conversion.
- That is, if a shopper purchases from your brand within 14 days of viewing or clicking on your brand within the confirmation email, we will count that as a conversion.
Case 2: Your brand was featured as an additional offer lower in the email after a shopper claimed a different brand's offer.

- Only a click on your brand within the email will count as a conversion.
- That is, if a shopper actually clicks on your offer within the email and then purchases from you within 14 days, we will count that as a conversion.
