What to Include in Help Requests
When in doubt, more detail is always better. At a baseline, be sure to include:
- Links to any places, items, etc. you're referencing in your question
- Screenshots for any pertinent visual effects mentioned
- If you're having an issue, a detailed description of:
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
