Need to stop using Disco? This covers how to cancel — for both advertisers (DiscoAds) and publishers (DiscoOffers) — plus a lighter option if you only need a break.
Consider pausing first
If you just need a break, pause instead of cancelling — your setup stays intact and one toggle brings you back:
- Advertisers — in Settings → Brand Profile, turn off Show my brand on the Disco network. Your offers stop appearing on partner stores until you turn it back on. See Managing your account, team, and billing.
- Publishers — in Settings → Brand Profile, turn off Publish DiscoOffers on my store. Partner offers disappear from your store and earnings stop, but your settings are kept. See Managing your account and team.
Cancel only if you're leaving.
How to cancel
On Shopify — uninstall the Disco app. This cancels billing and terminates your account with us:
- Log into your store with the store owner's account and open Settings.
- Go to Apps — you'll see the list of apps installed on your store.
- Find Disco (the Disco Post Purchase Ads app) and click Uninstall.
Not on Shopify — remove the Disco code that was installed on your e-commerce platform (the script or SDK snippet), then let us know you're cancelling — How to submit a help request.
What happens after you cancel
- Advertisers — your campaigns stop delivering. If you've received conversions that haven't been billed yet, you'll receive final invoices for those conversions based on your bid model — see Setting your bid.
- Publishers — offers stop displaying on your pages.
