Common issues
- Offers or ads aren't showing — check the basics first: your placement is published, and your account and offer aren't paused. If all of that checks out, submit a help request.
- Dashboard or reporting looks off — refresh first, and remember conversions can take up to ~30 minutes to appear. If the numbers still look wrong, contact your CSM or submit a help request.
- A conversion didn't track — run the end-to-end test in Setting up conversion tracking; remember conversions can take up to ~30 minutes to appear.
- Clicks in Disco don't match Google Analytics — GA sometimes misses clicks, and UTM issues can break attribution. Contact your CSM or submit a help request and we'll help reconcile the discrepancy.
Reporting a script error
If something on the page is broken, capturing the details helps us fix it fast — include the page URL, a screenshot, and any error text you see, then submit a help request.
