For Advertisers:
- What is Disco's pricing model? Disco currently charges using a cost-per-acquisition/cost-per-order model. Disco has a $50 flat monthly platform fee for advertising on our network and accessing our premium shopper base. For more information, please head here.
- How do I change my CPA/CPO? Please either reach out to your CSM or generate a support request using the "Help" icon on your Disco dashboard (or on this page). A competitive bid will immediately have an impact on performance. Need help benchmarking? You can leave us a message and we're happy to help!
- I've just signed up. When can I expect results? Our ML algorithms that personalize recommendations to shoppers needs about 1-3 months to fully figure out where to place you in the context of the network. For more information, please head here.
- How can I track performance? How often should I check? In your performance dashboard, you'll see breakdowns of revenue driven via Disco, your ad spend and ROAS, conversions, clicks and CTR, ad impressions, and average order value over any time range you specify and broken down by customer type. Additionally, you have visibility into which brands are driving you the best performance. You can compare to a previous time period, too! We recommend doing monthly to quarterly refreshes of your creatives alongside a health check on performance. Check back soon for steps on how to schedule performance reports to be sent to you regularly.
- What else can I do to boost performance? Please check out our best practices. It could be worth returning here to ensure you're set up properly on the network.
- What should be the strategy around my creatives? What we see perform best is an array of lifestyle images, clean product images, and gifs. As for your banner image, something clean and crisp that can underlay well with your brand logo and shop description is a best practice. For Publishers:
- Where can I track performance? We're hard at work with a new publisher dashboard! In the meantime, please reach out to your CSM or generate a support request using the "Help" icon on your Disco dashboard (or on this page) and we're happy to help.
- Where does the DiscoFeed live? The DiscoFeed widget currently only populates on your Thank You and Order Status pages.
- How do we set up and manage exclusions? The first step comes when you define your categories and subcategories. Disco will automatically exclude shops within the same subcategories. You can add or remove exclusions by heading to DiscoFeed > Manage.
- How do I get paid for publishing Disco? Disco will pay out quarterly as either an ad credit to your invoices or via direct deposit based on the discussed monetization structure. Note: to maximize payments, Disco should appear mostly above the fold.
