DiscoMix runs your own direct-sold demand alongside Disco's marketplace in a single unified auction — so you fill more of your inventory and earn more from it, without giving up control of what you've already sold.
Your direct-sold demand comes first
The campaigns you've sold directly take priority. DiscoMix always gives your own demand the first opportunity to serve an impression, so the deals, rates, and relationships you've built stay intact. Nothing about DiscoMix competes with or discounts your direct business.
Disco fills what's left — at the best price
When you don't have direct-sold demand for a given impression, Disco's unified auction competes near-endemic and non-endemic demand to fill it, so inventory that would otherwise go empty earns revenue. Every eligible advertiser clears through the same auction, and the highest-value one for that impression wins — which is how DiscoMix lifts your overall yield.
How priority works
- Direct-sold first. Your own demand is served ahead of the marketplace.
- Then the unified auction. Remaining inventory is filled by the highest-value eligible marketplace demand.
- One auction, one decision per impression — so you're never leaving money on the table or double-serving.
