Shopify: To disable and cancel your membership, uninstall the Disco app. This will cancel billing and terminate your account with us.
- Log into your store with the store owner's account, then go to the "Settings" field.
- In "Settings," go to "Apps." A list of the apps installed to your store will show.
- Find "Disco," then click on the Uninstall button to remove.
Non-Shopify: If you're not a Shopify customer, you will need to delete the code that was manually installed into your e-commerce platform and let us know that you're cancelling.
If you've received any conversions that you have not yet been billed for you'll receive final invoices for those conversions based on your Guaranteed CPA Model settings.
