DiscoAcademy is a sales library in your Disco dashboard. It's for anyone on your team who talks to merchants about your offers program, and it covers the conversation from first note to launch.
Where to find it
Sign in to your Disco dashboard and choose DiscoAcademy in the left sidebar, or go to platform.disconetwork.com/discobeat/academy.
What's inside
Fifteen short articles in five sections, in the order a seller needs them:
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Start here | What commerce media is, in plain language, and why a merchant should care. |
| Find the right merchants | Which merchants are a good fit, what to ask before you pitch, and outreach templates you can customize. |
| Build your pitch | A first-call kit, a 30-second pitch you can use as written, and the sales materials. |
| Answer merchant questions | Answers to the questions merchants ask about money and setup. |
| Close and hand off | Getting from yes to live, and who owns what. |
Quick links at the top go straight to the First-call kit, Pitch deck, One-pager, and Outreach templates. Every quoted template and talk track has a copy button, so you can paste it into an email or your notes.
Using the sales materials
The Sales materials article holds a merchant-facing deck and one-pager in Google Slides, built for you to brand as your own.
- Make your own copy. The templates are view-only. Use Make my copy, or Open the template and choose File > Make a copy.
- Follow the steps on the page. They walk through adding your program name and logo, keeping only the pages you offer, and sharing the finished file.
- Fill in rates with your Disco contact. Rates depend on your agreement, so the templates leave them as brackets. Don't add numbers or performance claims of your own.
- Customizing with an AI tool? Copy the Customize it with AI prompt first. It tells the tool what it may and may not change.
Sellers pitch the program under your own program name. "Powered by Disco" stays on by default; fully white-labeled partners can remove it.
Giving your sellers access
Talk to your Disco contact about adding your sellers.
Keeping it current
Disco's product marketing team maintains DiscoAcademy. If a merchant asks something it doesn't answer, send the question to your Disco contact. Those questions decide what gets written next.
