Set Up and Setting Display Rules
- Go to the More tools tab and then click on Offers.
- Enable Offers and One-Click Offers, click New Offer and you’ll be prompted to set up your offer.
- Select your Headline (e.g. "Bundle Up!" "Try our Best Seller!" "Add one more!").
- Select the SKU you want to offer a discount on.
- Add a Product Description: You can copy and paste from your PDP.
- Timer: Choose whether you want to show a timer.
- Note: There is an auto-proceed to the after 30 seconds if your customer doesn't interact with the screen.
- Show This Offer To: Set rules for when this offer appears, such as Customer Type, Product(s) Purchased, Order Cost, + more.
If your customer's order qualifies for multiple offers, a maximum of two will be shown. If that customer is eligible for more than two offers you have active, the two shown from the ones they're eligible for will be selected at random.
- Number of Products: customer purchased X units
- Customer Purchased: which product(s) were in the original cart
- Order Cost: the original cost of the order (I.E. if order cost was >$50, show the offer)
- Customer Type: segment the offer based on whether the customer is New or Returning
- Shipping Method: Offer a discount based on the shipping method selected
Configure Your Discount
- Discount by a percentage or dollar value.
- If you do not want to offer any discount, just type 0.00 under "Discount by."
- "Allow Customers to Choose Product Quantity"
- Limit the number of units your customer can purchase. The default setting is one unit per offer.
Enabling One-Click Offers in Shopify
- Enable One-Click Offers in the Offers section of your Disco dashboard.
- Click “Open My Shopify Settings” in the prompted window.
- Scroll down to Post-purchase page in Shopify, select Disco Post Purchase Experience and be sure to Save!
- Navigate back to your Disco dashboard and confirm that you updated your Shopify settings and click Proceed.
- You will then have to update the Disco app to allow for these new one-click permissions. Click Let's Go!
- In Shopify, Click “Update App."
