How it Works
By embedding the DiscoFeed into your outgoing Klaviyo emails you increase the reach of the DiscoFeed Upsell capability for your brand. It's a similar experience to the DiscoFeed on your post-purchase page, but with only 1 row (or 4 tiles) in which you can feature 2 upsell tiles and 2 cross-sell tiles. Your cross-sell recommendations will be the partner brands you've selected to display on your post-purchase page. Customers who click will be taken directly to the PDP.
To use the Disco Klaviyo integration, go to the Emails section of the Disco platform and click Configure your email settings.
Cross-selling is required in your email widget (to earn more credits). If you want to Upsell in email as well, toggle "Upsell Products on Email" to "Enabled." Opt into Disco Cash emails to give consumers the chance to earn rewards for their purchases.
Choose "+Add" next to Klaviyo and enter your API keys, which you can find in your Klaviyo account settings (navigate to Account > Settings > API Keys in your Klaviyo account). Create a new private key from the Klaviyo API Keys settings as needed.
Copy the displayed code block and click here or "Open them here" to go to your Klaviyo templates. Select the first template where you'd like to add the Disco carousel.
Drag in a Text block and click Source. Erase the default text and paste the code from Disco commerce and Save!
To save the Disco block and add to more templates, hover over the block and click the following ★, allowing you to drag your saved block into any template!
