Disco's pricing model is modular in nature, and what you're billed for depends on what you're using within Disco. There are four categories we bill for:
- Monthly Platform Fees
- Pro Tools
- The Guaranteed CPA Model
Monthly Platform Fees
All brands in the Disco Network pay a $50 fee on a monthly cadence for baseline access to the platform and some specific functionality. This fee includes access to customer Surveys, Insights, the Partner Inbox, and more.
Our selection of pro tools (the DiscoFeed Upsell Row, Insights, and One-Click Offers) are billed based on usage in addition to your monthly platform fees. Each of these features are billed at $0.05 per unique display, with a cap of $2,000 a month for usage charges.
The Guaranteed CPA Model
Tracked in your account as DiscoBudget, these are charges based on the fixed chosen CPA and CPO via the Guaranteed CPA model, the billed total is variable based on conversions received via Disco. Brands specify their own per-conversion charges and cap. Read more about how this model works via our Guaranteed CPA Model help center article.
Audience charges are 8% of a brand's ad spend against the Disco Audiences based on the third-party account where the audience was used. There is a $2,500 minimum for audience usage if 8% of the third-party spend against that audience is below $2,500.
Additionally, brands specify a take rate in their contract for usage of the audience.
